busy mom it was a recipe that was right up my alley! In less than 20 minutes I had my pie crust ready to use. I opted to make a pumpkin pie which is 1 of my fall favorites with this pie crust. I prefer this pie crust over the premade kind. This pie crust turned out excellent. Flaky and delicious! Everyone enjoyed it and wanted the recipe!

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place all ingredients in 9 inch pie pan.
Stir together with fork until well blended and forms a dough consistency.
Pat mixture into bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Poke holes in bottom and side of crust.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until light brown.
Use as directed in favorite pie recipe.
Voila! Easy as 1,2 and 3!
